My approach to assisting debtors comes from years of experience. I understand that this is a very difficult time for clients, so I treat each individual with compassion and understanding. I evaluate the facts of your case to see which chapter of the bankruptcy code will work best for you. And if other solutions would work better for you, I will let you know. I have spent years assisting clients, creating educational content for lawyers and I have worked with the bankruptcy court in Minnesota on their Local Rules Committee.
